We will extrude flexible magnetic profiles to your specifications. We can extrude profile heights up to .875” (22.2 mm) in thicknesses ranging from .025” (.63 mm) to .375” (9.5 mm) in widths ranging from .25” (6.3 mm) to 4” (101.6 mm). No application is too difficult, no design too complex.

 

We will apply your laminates to our magnetic sheeting when you need something other than our standard laminate options. Or, we can special order a laminate and apply it to our sheeting for you. We will work with you to find the right solution for those unusual lamination requests.

 

We are able to customize roll lengths up to 1800 ft. (548.64 m) depending upon width and magnet thickness. Standard roll lengths are 25 ft. (7.62 m), 50 ft. (15.24 m), 100 ft. (30.48 m) and 200 ft. (60.96 m).

 

Choose standard energy (.7 MGO) or our MuscleMag™ high energy material (1.2 MGO). High energy is available on selected thicknesses. We can magnetize our material on both sides or provide it un-magnetized.
